About Buznissy
Why I built Buznissy
My name is Humaid Abdullah Al Salmi, from Muscat. Buznissy is my project, and I am its only founder. This page is not a company profile — it is an explanation of why the company exists.
What I saw
I did not start from a piece of technology looking for a problem. I started from a scene I kept seeing: a successful business owner running everything from their phone. Orders in messages, stock in a notebook, payment by bank transfer and a screenshot, and the accounts added up at the end of the month if there is time.
What struck me is that the problem is not effort and it is not skill. These are real businesses, run by people more organised in their heads than their tools allow them to be. The problem is that the tools in their hands were never built for business at all: a chat app, a notes app, a banking app. Each one excellent at its own job, and not one of them aware of the others.
And the bigger the business gets, the higher the price: the order that goes missing, the item sold when it was already gone, the payment nobody is sure arrived. None of that is the owner's mistake, but the owner is the only one who pays for it.
Why Arabic first
Most of the systems available were built in English and translated afterwards. The difference between a system that is Arabic and one that has been translated does not show up only in the interface — it shows up in the details: which way the page runs, how numbers sit, how a report is worded, and how support answers when a step breaks in the middle of a working day.
When you have to wrestle with a tool in a second language you pay twice: once in time, and once in your confidence that you understand what is happening in your own business. I wanted Buznissy to be Arabic at its foundation rather than in its translation, and the support to be in Arabic too, because half the problem is usually the explanation rather than the system.
Why Oman before anywhere else
I live here. I know how people buy, how they pay, and what makes them trust a shop they have never heard of. And I know that what works in another market does not transfer unchanged.
Building a product for a market you do not live in produces something that almost fits: close to right, but wrong in the details that actually matter. I started in Oman because I can see the mistakes here quickly and fix them. Everywhere else comes after it works properly here.
What I am not promising you
Buznissy has not launched yet. I cannot show you customer testimonials, growth numbers, or logos of companies who trust us, because none of that exists yet and I am not going to invent it.
What I can tell you precisely: the price is stated from day one, the trial is fourteen days with no bank card, and no amount is ever taken without you deciding to. And if it does not suit you, it simply stops and you owe nothing. The rest you should judge for yourself once you have tried it.
